Your Responsibilities:

As a Concession Worker, you will be instrumental in maintaining excellent relationships with guests and fellow team members by delivering service that is friendly, efficient, and responsible. Essential Skills for Success:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in food service or a fast-paced dining environment is preferred.
  • Provide service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Utilize the POS system accurately for cash and financial transactions.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork in an organized and consistent manner.
  • Record all food and beverage revenues accurately, including cash, credit card, and complimentary transactions.
  • Serve menu items in specified portions.
  • Prepare specialty coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.
  • Communicate orders to the main kitchen and assist in replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Restock items and products in your designated area as required.
  • Conduct inventory checks and place orders for necessary supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption in accordance with company policy and state law.
  • Communicate guest feedback to management effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. consistently.
  • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (6-8 hours).
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
