Qualifications for Personal Care Assistants:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is mandatory.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel to clients' residences within the designated service area.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
- Must have a smartphone with cellular data for scheduling purposes.
- Current CPR certification or completion of CPR training during orientation.
- A positive and professional demeanor, demonstrating respect and compassion towards clients and colleagues.
- Compliance with vaccination requirements against COVID-19 or provision for a medical or religious exemption.

Daily Responsibilities of a Personal Care Assistant:
- Provide assistance to clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, eating, and toileting, in accordance with the established care plan.
- Support clients with light housekeeping duties as needed.
