Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the regular servicing, maintenance, and cleaning of arcade machines.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with gaming equipment, completing mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software repairs.
  • Support various projects within the facility, including arcade, projectors, and technical assistance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least one year of technical computer experience or equivalent training through coursework or prior employment.
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Able to lift 35 pounds.
