  • Conduct thorough fire tests at client locations, documenting results accurately and efficiently
  • Certify new fire alarm installations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Operate computer-based systems, including system test layout and preparation
  • Request and check equipment, maps, and blueprints as assigned
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with contractors and clients
  • Maintain accurate and complete daily work orders, representing the company professionally
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with colleagues, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • NICET certification or state fire certification
  • Experience in fire alarm testing and documentation
  • Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics, mechanical skills, and organizational problem-solving abilities
  • Background check required
