Key Responsibilities:


The Production Assembler/Finisher role involves critical assembly line tasks associated with various product lines, including Truck bodies and Specialty Vehicles. Responsibilities include:

  • Assembly or installation of diverse truck body components
  • Utilizing hand, air, and power tools with mechanical proficiency
  • Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
  • Collaborating as a team member, with the ability to learn and rotate through different workstations
  • Meeting quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards consistently
  • Gathering necessary supplies and parts for assembly tasks
  • Supporting colleagues during non-assembly periods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • Contributing to 5S initiatives
  • Assisting in the application of Lean Principles

Qualifications for Success:


To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 12 months of manufacturing experience, preferably in the Automotive, RV, or Boat sectors
  • A valid driver's license
  • Consistent attendance record
  • Physical capability to use ladders, enter and exit vehicles, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with air and electric-powered tools, including drills and hammers
  • Ability to read and comprehend work orders, directions, and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in using and interpreting various gauges
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
