Family Medicine Physician

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered comprehensive primary care services at the Health and Wellness Center, including episodic, preventive, and primary health care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, conducting physical exams, health-risk assessments, and history reviews as needed.
- Provide referrals to appropriate medical resources or specialty providers, participating in the development of annual Health and Wellness Center goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with a medical assistant, patient advocate, and services director to ensure a team-oriented environment, supporting the company's vision, mission, and values.
Requirements:
- 1+ years post-residency experience
- Current and valid state medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and available patient resources, as well as HIPAA confidentiality requirements
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
