Job Description

Senior Helpers - Summerville is seeking a skilled Client Services Manager to join their team.

This role is at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our employees.

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all client services for Senior Helpers within the Summerville, Ridgeville, Orangeburg, and surrounding areas. This includes meeting goals for retention of clients and managing the growth of hours from current clients, as well as caregiver recruitment, hiring, recognition programs, and discipline.

This is a salaried position that includes the use of a company car, medical, dental, short-term disability coverage, earned PTO, and work-life balance days after a 90-day probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a regular communication process for new clients, including initial meetings and assessments, caregiver introductions, first-day service calls, and visits within the first 30 days of service.
  • Ensure client and family satisfaction with Senior Helpers services, working to find solutions with employees and/or family members.
  • Visit all clients bi-monthly to assess the quality of services and client and family satisfaction and happiness levels.
  • Create and manage client care plans as needed.
  • Communicate with the scheduler for appropriate caregiver placement.
  • Conduct bi-monthly site checks of each caregiver to ensure care plans are being implemented correctly, policies and procedures are adhered to, and all job duties are performed satisfactorily.
  • Participate in morale-building recognition programs for caregivers, such as Caregiver of the Month, acknowledgments of high-level performances, and training completions.
  • Review care logs to ensure each caregiver is following the care plan and adjust the care plan as needed for optimum client care.
  • Work with the Scheduling Coordinator and recruiter to hire for voids.
  • Take service inquiry calls and follow up with leads to meet revenue goals.
  • Represent Senior Helpers at networking events and contribute to community outreach.
Qualifications:
  • Previous industry experience required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and follow-up skills with prospects, clients, and client families.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people of all cultures.
  • Creative, innovative, and problem-solving abilities necessary.
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability.
  • Minimum of one year experience managing clients.
  • Ability to visit client homes in the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred, RN or LPN a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to learn other software programs quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
