We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Guard to join our team at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol all areas of the Medical Center, including stairwells and areas not accessible to the public, to prevent and/or detect fires, thefts, vandalism, and other security problems.
- Act as a liaison between patients/visitors and the Medical Center Security team, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Switchboard Operator, to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to think critically and respond promptly in emergency situations.
