We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Specialist to join our team at HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii. As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, efficiently completing cash register transactions, and ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-merchandised.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Continuously learn about product offerings and applications to best serve customers
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
### Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service and retail experience
* Cashier experience is highly preferred
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to lift 40lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
* Must be able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
