We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pickleball coach to lead our team and help us expand our pickleball programs in Bergen County. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Program Development: Develop and implement pickleball lesson plans, clinics, and tournaments that cater to players of all ages and skill levels.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train additional pickleball coaches to expand our team and increase our reach in the community.
• Community Engagement: Promote pickleball in the community, build relationships with local organizations, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Player Development: Provide feedback and assess player progress, helping them to develop their skills and reach their goals.

• Certified pickleball instructor (CPT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching pickleball.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of all levels.
