The Rehabilitation Nurse plays a crucial role in overseeing a dedicated nursing team to provide expert nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. This position involves administering prescribed medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting physicians during patient assessments and treatments.

Shift Details: Full-Time Rehabilitation Shift from 7 PM to 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor each resident's condition.
  • Receive and relay updates on the status of residents and available services.
  • Engage with families and designated representatives regarding care plans.

Qualifications:
