Cafeteria Substitute

Job Summary

The Hanover Public School District is seeking qualified individuals to serve as substitute Cafeteria Workers on an as-needed basis. As a substitute Cafeteria Worker, you will be responsible for providing food service to students and staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to students and staff
• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment
• Follow established food safety and handling procedures
• Interact with students and staff in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Clearances

Applicants must provide current Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 clearances prior to employment. Detailed instructions for obtaining these clearances are available on the district's website.
