We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Willkomm's. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Customer Service: Greet customers, learn about their preferences, and make recommendations to ensure a positive experience.
• Beverage Preparation: Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inventory Management: Take inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar to ensure seamless service.
• Financial Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and providing correct change to patrons.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with inventory control, and work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience: Additional education, training, certificates, or experience required.
• Skills: Conflict Resolution, Basic math and computer skills, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, Strong task and time management abilities, Eye for detail, and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Certifications: Relevant alcohol certification (Yorkville operator license).
