  • **Lead and Manage Electrical Team**: Lead, train, and manage a team of electrical technicians with electrical, mechanical, and process knowledge to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.
  • **Project Management**: Budget, direct, manage, and control all electrical projects to ensure schedules and budgets are met, and that all projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • **Facilities Electrical Management**: Manage and direct the electrical function within the facility with minimum cost and high reliability, ensuring that all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • **Maintenance Programs**: Develop and implement both preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure that all electrical equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • **Spare Parts and Asset Management**: Develop and implement procedures to ensure spare parts availability and control of assets is maintained, ensuring that all electrical equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • **Electrical System Testing and Troubleshooting**: Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of systems.
  • **System Installation and Troubleshooting**: Install and troubleshoot all electrical systems, including single or 3-phase, 120 volts to 480 volts, ensuring that all systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • **Conduit and Cable Installation**: Install conduit and conduit support, pull wires and feeder cables, terminations, and install panels, switchgear, and transformers, ensuring that all electrical systems are properly installed and maintained.
  • **Training and Development**: Develop electrical team through external training plans, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • **Budget Control**: Control the ongoing facilities electrical plan budgets in line with the fiscal plan, implementing cost reductions to offset negative or unplanned variance to the fiscal plan.
  • **Electrical Upgrades**: Permit all required electrical upgrades utilizing Master Electrician License, ensuring that all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.

**Additional Responsibilities**

Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
