**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers a comprehensive learning experience, with the ultimate goal of moving up the career ladder into a management position. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning total store operations, including sales, freight handling, and inventory management.

**Responsibilities**

* Learn and master total store operations, including sales, freight handling, and inventory management
* Develop skills in payroll, invoicing, inventory, and POS systems
* Gain experience in creating material estimates from blueprints and maintaining store inventory
* Participate in freight handling and forklift training, certification, and operation
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Willingness to relocate for management position
