Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the director or charge nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) will employ the nursing process to facilitate patient care, conducting assessments and diagnoses, developing care plans based on those diagnoses, and implementing and evaluating the care plans.

Additional responsibilities include performing other assigned duties as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of ICU experience. This is a full-time position on the night shift, eligible for a sign-on bonus.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Florida Registered Nurse License
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • NIH certification to be completed prior to the end of orientation

Special Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • A minimum of one year of ICU experience is highly preferred
