Mixology Expert

As a Mixology Expert at Jalapeno Tree Mexican Restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and serving unique and delicious drinks to our guests.

About the Job:

• Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and menus.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
