Job Summary

Titan Transportation Services is seeking a skilled Rail Loader to join our team. This role involves performing safe loading/unloading of vehicles on/off rail cars.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $48,000 based on an hourly rate of $23.00 and 40 hours worked per week.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of goods from rail cars.
  • This includes operating equipment safely and efficiently, as well as adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Flexibility is key in this role, with shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license is required, as well as good attendance and attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs is a requirement of this role.
  • You will also need good balance to regularly step on and off equipment.
  • Able to walk, sit, stand and stoop comfortably.
  • Climbing ladders and working in confined spaces are also essential aspects of this job.
