We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Highmark Health. As a Registered Nurse in our Post Anesthesia Care Unit, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.

• Current State of PA RN licensure or Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• CPR certification.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

• Certification in area of specialty.
