Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
