Responsibilities
  • Manage postoperative care, including performing rounds and providing ongoing assessment and management of surgical patients.
  • Perform patient histories, conduct physical examinations, and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
  • Assist in all procedures, including advanced robotics, and provide inpatient and surgery center care.
  • Work collaboratively with our surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
Requirements
  • NYS licensed PA or NP (RNFA) with DEA eligibility.
  • Strong surgical and inpatient/acute setting experience.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally and stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, squat, and reach.
Work Environment

This is a clinical setting with exposure to Class I hazards. You will work in an outpatient environment and be required to interact with various stakeholders, including employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
