Job Summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a motivated and passionate Environmental Champion Canvasser to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, encouraging early voting, and participating in staff training to improve outreach skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner
  • Encourage the public to vote early or on election day
  • Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills
  • Strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of PPE and compliance with daily health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Passionate about progressive politics and fostering democracy
  • Strong communication skills; you should enjoy working with other people and be willing and excited to speak with everyone
  • Hard worker who will stay motivated to engage as many people as possible
  • Open to new challenges and are interested in building their campaign skills
  • Culturally competent and able to respectfully engage with teammates and the community

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $27.50
  • Overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals
  • Opportunity to earn an extra $50 per week by completing five shifts in a work week

Location: Bucks, Northampton, Chester counties

Shifts: 12:30pm - 8:00pm weekdays and weekends with the possibility to work part-time or full-time
