We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Stauffers of Kissel Hill. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
• Supervise and train team members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and address any concerns.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely billing and payment.
• Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery department.

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and ordering procedures.
