Job Overview

The initial position offered will be as a Logistics and Production Specialist with a focus on packing and shipping operations.

The key responsibilities expected from the employee include:

  • Maintain and verify records of incoming and outgoing shipments;
  • Prepare items for dispatch;
  • Set up production equipment and supplies prior to executing work orders;
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively for production tasks;
  • Ensure equipment is kept in optimal and safe working condition;
  • Inspect machinery to identify any need for replacement, malfunction, or repair;
  • Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure production capacity and quality;
  • Assist junior operators in their assigned duties;
  • Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer production equipment between the warehouse and work area;
  • Adhere to security procedures and policies for equipment operation, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment;
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.

The ideal candidate will be responsible and dependable, with a strong ability to collaborate with others, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
