Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
  • Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues (LCAS or LCAS-A only).
  • Provide prevention-oriented, solution-focused, and faith-based therapy from a professional home office.
  • Implement and review treatment plans, working knowledge of DSMV/Diagnosis required.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage payment for services, communicate any billing issues, and represent the company and individual caseload effectively.
Benefits and Requirements
  • Clinician must have previous experience in mental health counseling and demonstrate confidence in abilities.
  • Clinician must be able to effectively provide counseling from a faith-based approach.
  • Clinician must be credentialed with BCBSNC on date of hire.
  • Clinician must have begun process with other insurance major panels, such as Aetna & Medcost.
  • Clinician must have familiarity with community mental health resources.
  • Clinician must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clinician must demonstrate exceptional technological skills, including telehealth and computers.
  • Clinician must show ability to build rapport with target demographic.
  • Clinician must exhibit strong leadership qualities, team focus, and desire to grow.
