H2Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work with the pediatric population to evaluate and treat patients with a range of diagnoses, including articulation, dysphagia, dysarthria, autism, feeding, sensory issues, memory, and cognitive impairments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services to pediatric patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and research in the field.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible or active state license to practice Speech Language Pathology.
- Experience working with pediatric patients and their families, preferably in an outpatient setting.
