Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Therapeutic Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized therapeutic interventions for pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's or higher degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
  • A Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in good standing
  • A Current Active State License to practice Speech Therapy in the state you are looking to work within
  • Pediatric focus and/or School-Based experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
