Position Overview:
As a Catering Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service at various events. You will work under the guidance of the catering captain to ensure seamless execution of catering functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered events to designated locations.
2. Maintain accurate logs of food temperatures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Set up tables and decorations, arranging buffet stations with food, beverages, and service items according to established guidelines.
4. Provide attentive service to guests, ensuring a friendly and courteous atmosphere.
5. Clean and restore the event area post-function, returning leftover food and equipment to the catering facility promptly.
6. Collect customer feedback through comment cards to enhance service quality.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering facility and equipment.

Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license may be required.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as mandated by state law.
