At Walmart, we're looking for a skilled Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a Janitorial Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores are clean and safe for our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of the store, from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving area. You'll also be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or maintenance role preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
