We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Shopper to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets. As a Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
• Clean and assist in prompt cleanup of spills and breakage, maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times, adhering to company personal appearance policy.
• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision, supporting the overall success of the store.
• Work within our company's management planning (MPA) guidelines to maintain productivity, ensuring efficient store operations.
• Support and comply with all company safety standards, communicating any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Control excessive use of store supplies, such as ribbons, receipt tape, bags, labels, and cleaning materials, maintaining a responsible and sustainable store practice.
• Sweep floors during store hours and assist in other cleaning duties as assigned, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Observe security standards by staying alert and being aware of customers' actions and behavior, reporting any abnormal behavior to management or security.

• Effective communication and customer service skills, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks, supporting the overall success of the store.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the technical requirements of the job, maintaining a safe and secure store environment.

• Greet all customers and provide them with prompt courteous service and assistance, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Accurately match all items from the customer's on-line shopping list, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to shop multiple customer orders simultaneously using the designated tools and equipment, supporting the overall success of the store.
• Substitute items for customers if they request it, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers picking up orders at designated pickup location, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Recognize or differentiate between all of the various types of produce merchandise carried in the store, including differences between varieties of similar classes of products.
• Bag or package merchandise according to established company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
