Job Description

Job Summary

Atlanta Diabetes Associates is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to provide excellent care to our endocrine patients during the weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical exams and diagnostic tests to assess patient health.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address patient needs.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary to promote patient well-being.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Active Advanced Practice Provider license.
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs).
