Blowing Rock Brewing Co is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sanitation Specialist to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen environment. We are looking for a candidate who is observant, driven, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using both dishwashers and manual methods.
  • Ensure the workspace remains organized and spotless.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
  • Sort, stack, and store clean dishes appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and a strong attendance record.
  • Possesses effective listening and communication skills.

Compensation: $15.00/hour, with shifts available every day except Tuesdays.
