Nurse Care Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a per diem opportunity in our Charlotte office.
This role involves providing high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in Mecklenburg and Union counties. As a per diem RN, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work independently to deliver patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
- Conduct home visits to assess client conditions and provide necessary interventions
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed
- Monitor client progress, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Document all interactions, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
