Key Responsibilities:- Assess and Treat Patients
You will assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
Conduct Initial Exams and EvaluationsYou will conduct thorough initial exams to identify patients' needs and develop a plan of care that addresses their specific requirements.
Develop and Implement Treatment PlansYou will work closely with patients to develop and implement customized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Communicate Effectively with Patients and ColleaguesYou will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain Accurate RecordsYou will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' progress, including treatment plans, outcomes, and any challenges encountered.
Requirements:- Education and Certification
A graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program and current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida are required.
Skills and QualitiesYou will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking ability, time management skills, judgment and decision-making skills, service orientation, and instructing skills.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
