The specialist must adhere to all local and state regulations concerning window tinting. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, precision, and outstanding customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with management and clients to ascertain their needs and preferences
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare vehicle windows to eliminate dirt, dust, and oils
  • Accurately measure window dimensions
  • Cut tint film to fit window sizes, considering curves and edges
  • Apply tint film to windows using suitable techniques to prevent bubbles, wrinkles, or defects
  • Make final adjustments to ensure the film adheres flawlessly
  • Ensure all tint applications comply with legal standards to avoid penalties
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Proficient in using tools such as squeegees, heat guns, utility knives, and cleaning agents
  • Steady hands and good coordination for smooth film application
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the application process
  • Previous experience in window tinting or a related automotive field is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
