Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies for corporate clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure business continuity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with underwriting partners to negotiate and manage insurance policies, ensuring optimal coverage and pricing.
- Manage budgets, sales plans, and debtors, ensuring financial performance and growth.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior employees, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and career development.
- Promote the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally, and nationally, showcasing our expertise and services.
- Proven experience in risk management, insurance broking, or a related field, with a strong understanding of corporate clients' needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of Gallagher's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
