We are currently seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg position in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Job Summary:
- This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 48 hours per week
- The shift will be 12 hours, evenings
- The employment type is travel, with variable days/nights and Epic experience required
- A Level II trauma preference is ideal, with a ratio of 1:4/5 on days and 1:6/7 on nights
About the Role:
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date on industry developments
