Key Responsibilities

The Complex BT Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone/e-mail, solicitation, outside sales calls, virtual/site inspections, and written communication
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to maximize revenue and meet sales goals
  • Collaborating with operations teams to execute business and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in multi-tasking and hospitality sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Self-starter with 2-3 years of total BT management experience in large chain hotels within the Austin Area
  • Proficient in Delphi FDC, Lanyon, and Opera
  • Well-versed in IHG Merlin, IHG Way of Sales, and IHG BT systems
