Hospitality Sales Lead

The Complex BT Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Soliciting new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone/e-mail, solicitation, outside sales calls, virtual/site inspections, and written communication
- Developing and executing strategic plans to maximize revenue and meet sales goals
- Collaborating with operations teams to execute business and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in multi-tasking and hospitality sales experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Self-starter with 2-3 years of total BT management experience in large chain hotels within the Austin Area
- Proficient in Delphi FDC, Lanyon, and Opera
- Well-versed in IHG Merlin, IHG Way of Sales, and IHG BT systems
