About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Oviedo Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and supplies
  • Monitor patients and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Vocational school graduate or equivalent
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or Technician in Surgery (NCCT) certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • 1 year of experience in a surgical setting
