About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Golf Groundskeeper to join our team at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliff Resort. As a Golf Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the exceptional appearance of our golf course and surrounding areas, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the golf course and surrounding areas, including landscaping, irrigation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform manual and mechanical tasks to ensure the course is in pristine condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the resort by participating in meetings and group gatherings, and offering suggestions for improvement.
  • Perform litter patrol duties, maintaining dumpster stations, doggie stations, and recycle stations.
  • Operate mechanical and motorized equipment, including irrigation controllers and other machinery.
  • Work in adverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Current Driver License.
  • Prior landscaping or golf maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work alone and stay on task.
  • Ability to follow directions verbally and in writing, and work safely and competently.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to give constructive feedback and offer ideas for change and improvement.
  • Ability to get along with others and work well in a team environment.
