Job Title: Wholesale Customer Service Representative

Folino Estate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new wholesale clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the wine and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of sales performance and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
