Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic interventions to enhance functional independence in adult populations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility.
  • Perform regular assessments to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordination of care and enhanced patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist by the state in which practicing.
  • Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance with state regulations.
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
