About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Old Town Alexandria team as an Ambassador. As a key member of our scoop shop team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class service to every customer, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop, adhering to our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Operate the register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products, including scooping, toppings, and waffle cones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
