Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Trinity Rehab, LLC.

About the Role:

This part-time position will involve providing speech therapy services to residents in a state-of-the-art community, complete with large therapy gym spaces and full use of onsite Wellness Centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for residents
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' speech and language needs
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology

• Experience working with older adults and individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities
