About the Position
This position requires a Nurse Practitioner who can assess, diagnose, and initiate patient care treatment plans within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with a primary care physician. You will work closely with our team to provide compassionate healthcare to patient populations, promoting health and wellness through education and coordination of services.
Responsibilities
- Assess development needs of staff and deliver educational programs to meet their needs
- Coordinate patient care to ensure promotion of health and wellness through education and coordination of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
