As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of employees to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all tasks of subordinates to ensure efficient production processes and meet company goals.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is operating at peak efficiency and perform mold changes with the Machine Operator as needed.
  • Quality Control: Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during shift to ensure smooth changeover of shifts and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the team to work together efficiently, assess training needs, and ensure execution of training.
  • Time and Attendance: Correctly record time and attendance of team members.
  • Performance Evaluations: Perform regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Supervisory experience required, preferably in the plastics industry.
  • Skills: Computer literate, ability to train personnel, and good process knowledge.
