RN Endoscopy Lab Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Lab team at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director, formulating the nursing patient plan of care and administering therapeutic and administrative services as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
