- Full-time, permanent roles available
- Seeking dedicated Internal Medicine Physicians to become part of expanding healthcare facilities.
- The Internal Medicine Physicians will deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients, which encompass a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, patient examinations, health issue identification, medical history documentation, medication prescribing, and referrals to both in-house and external resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treats patients for acute injuries, infections, and various illnesses
- Provides counseling and education to patients and their families regarding both acute and chronic health conditions
- Records essential information such as chief complaints, medical history, family history, social history, system reviews, examinations, medications, allergies, assessments, and treatment plans
- Develops diagnostic and treatment strategies
- Prescribes and administers necessary medications, therapies, and medical procedures
- Orders laboratory and imaging tests to establish and manage immediate treatment plans, offering guidance on follow-up care
- Coordinates patient care with specialists and relevant ancillary services
- Ensures timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks
- Upholds quality of care standards as defined by the organization
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license in California
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine
- A minimum of one year of experience in an Outpatient Clinic setting
- Current and unrestricted DEA certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Strong communication abilities
- Capability to work independently and practice autonomously
- Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced work environment
