Junior.NET Developer Position

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Junior.NET Developer to contribute to the development and support of custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

About the Role:

  • Develop and configure custom solutions in Microsoft Power platform, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Participate in projects and backlog work with.NET C# development needs
  • Learn Dynamics and implement Dynamics build APIs
  • Participate in agile events and ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, interactive planning, and retrospectives
  • Interact with federal staff, including Federal Project Managers and Account Managers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience developing and supporting.NET and C# Windows desktop applications
  • Minimum degree: US equivalent Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is contractually required for this role
  • Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment
  • Proficient with Visual Studio
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM / PowerApps / Power Automate technical solutions
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience in 'Big 4' or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner highly desired
  • Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power Platform Core Skills: C#, SQL,.Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, Power BI, & Power Automate (formerly known as Flow)
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience with public sector clients preferred
  • Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology
