BMSS, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Tax team, you will be responsible for preparing complex tax returns and leading junior level staff on engagement teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review business and personal tax returns, with a focus on corporate, individual, and partnership returns.
- Lead and mentor junior level staff on engagement teams, providing coaching and hands-on training.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and internal team members, fostering a collaborative and client-focused environment.
- Facilitate in-house continuing education and training for junior level staff.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college/university.
- CPA certification strongly desired.
- MBA or MAcc a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review, with exposure to various industries.
